BUYING via Instagram

First to comment "Sold" will be the purchaser.

SC will then direct message (DM) the purchaser via Instagram to determine:

Name, contact details, delivery address if it is required*, and

the purchasers preferred method of payment.

*The purchaser may choose to come to the next "Open House" and pick up the item(s) in person.

Upon receipt of these details SC will determine a postage & handling cost.   The purchaser will advised via DM of the total cost inclusive of the cost of the item(s) purchased and the postage and handling cost.

If the purchaser is an agreement with the total cost then the payment will be processed by the preferred method of payment.   A invoice will be forwarded if required.

Payment Options

The purchaser can choose to pay using any one of the following means:

Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Visa, MCard, Amex).   Paypal?

Purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction.  

After the purchase transaction has been completed your purchase transaction data is deleted. 

Delivery Information

We use Australia Post to deliver purchased items.

You will be charged a postage and handling fee (P&H) that will be determined once we know your delivery address and have considered the weight, size and fragility of the item(s).

If the purchaser requests postal insurance it will be arranged and added to the P&H  fee.

The P&H fee will be calculated and forwarded to the purchaser.

When the purchaser accepts the P&H fee it will be added to the cost of your purchased item(s).

Payment will them be processed inclusive of the purchase price of the item(s) and the P&H fee.

Given the unique nature of the items we sell, we will do our best to keep our P&H costs to a minimum given Australia Post rates and the type of packaging required to protect your purchased item(s) while in transit.

Seasonal Concepts posts items once per week.    This us usually on the Wednesday.

You will be notified via DM when your purchases have been posted.   A tracking number will also be supplied.

Seasonal Concepts will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Seasonal Concepts does not offer free shipping or postage.

Can I pick up my purchased item(s)?

You are welcome to pick up your purchases at our next 'Open House'.

Privacy

When you purchase from Seasonal concepts we collect personal information to process payment and ensure the purchased item(s) are delivered.

When you provide us with your personal it implies your consent to using this information for processing a sale and coordination of delivery and liaison with third party service providers (Australia Post).

Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes.

To receive marketing information such as emails and or newsletters you can elect to do so on our website by subscribing to our mailing list.  By electing to receive emails it implies your consent to using your personal information sa as to receive emails / newsletters.  Should you wish to withdraw your consent advice Seasonal Concepts via email and you will be removed from the mailing list.

Seasonal Concepts will take all reasonable precautions to make sure that personal information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Third Party(s)

Where necessary to process a sale and ensure delivery of item(s) your personal information may be provided to a third party service provider. i.e Australia Post

Seasonal Concepts recommends the you read the privacy policies of the related service provider to ensure you understand how your personal information will be managed by them.

Descriptions and Colour

Where possible we will provide as accurate as possible information as it relates to items listed for sale.   We will pass forward information re provenance and history albeit we do not guarantee its accuracy.

The colour(s) of items listed for sale will be posted as accurately as possible.  Seasonal Concepts cannot guarantee that the purchasers technology will display or print and colour accurately.

Returns and Refunds

In the event that your item(s) arrive not as expected email us immediately with photos of the item(s) so that we can try and resolve the issue.

If you are not satisfied with your purchased Item(s) we offer a 3 day money back guarantee from the time you receive the item(s).

If more than 3 days has lapsed since receiving your Item(s) Seasonal Concepts will not offer the purchaser a refund.

A refund does not apply to item(s) which have been used, damaged or attempts have been made to alter them after delivery.

All item(s) must be returned in their original condition.

All postage and insurance costs to return item(s) are to be paid by the purchaser.

Seasonal Concepts recommends that the purchaser returns item(s) via registered Australia Post.

Seasonal Concepts will inspect the returned item(s) once received.

Seasonal Concepts wialnotify the purchaser via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

An approved return will be processed in accordance with your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Conformation of the processed refund will be emailed to the purchaser.

Seasonal Concepts does not exchange items.
